Snow Day Friday 10th January

Hello Everyone, Salut!

It is hardly believable that we have spent a whole extra week at home after Christmas.    It will be good for all of us to be back to normal on Monday.

Here are some more learning tasks for you to do.

We know not everyone can do home learning every day with parents working etc.

If you have been reading that is super!

Happy weekend when it arrives!

Reading:  In The Moment of Reading

Read the short  text below:

Albert the Pretty Rabbit

Once there was a rabbit named Albert. He had dark brown fur that was as soft as can be. He was very fluffy and had a beautiful welkin. All the other rabbits wished they had his snow-white fur. Albert liked to eat in Farmer Smith’s garden. Lots of things grew in the garden but Albert particularly liked the ice-cream that grew all around.

Can you draw Albert and any other information you have discovered about him from the text?

Are there any questions you have/puzzles/problems coming  from the text?

What do you predict might happen next in this story?
